The Drake Group is experienced in the preparation of aviation technical proposals including detailed costing (labor, material & ODC plus capital expenditures), text, reproduction and marketing aspects responsive to RFPÕs. Drake can also assist a companyÕs financial department by establishing vital communication and exchange of data between finance and the operational departments of engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and the project office. The financial data exchange can be for operational budgets, business plans or for funding purposes of new ventures


THIRD PARTY EVALUATIONS
Drake can assist companies and investment groups by performing studies of proposed aviation ventures. Studies can include product viability in the aviation market, FAA issues regarding the product, project budget / schedule accuracy, manufacturing techniques, and pro forma income statements.


TECHNICAL MARKETING
Drake can perform aviation technical marketing for aviation clients on a case by case basis or on a retained relationship. Drake has experience in business dealings with Asian companies as well as European. Upon request, Drake associates can augment an existing aviation marketing group that requires additional technical support and presence during a particular marketing effort.


POLICIES & PROCEDURES
The Drake Group can analyze company policies and procedures, and write entire sets of procedures for engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and project offices. Re-writing procedures can be simplifying existing procedures. Procedures can be made compliant with FAA and industry requirements in order to support FAA conformities for certification efforts
