2. ADVANCED STCs & PMAs and OVERVIEW OF SYSTEM SAFETY ANALYSES (XX.1309)
SESSION COMPLETED
LAS VEGAS: This two day seminar is a follow-on to the previous "OVERVIEW OF FAA CERTIFICATIONS: TCs STCs PMAs TSOs" seminar for those who have more available time and need a deeper understanding of the subjects, $995.
The first day, Thursday, addresses advanced STCs and PMAs samples and open discussion building upon the knowledge learned in the previous seminar.
The second day, Friday, is an overview of Functional Hazards Assessment / System Safety Analyses. The second day of the seminar is for persons new to System Safety Analyses or for persons managing an SSA effort and needing to understand the process. System Safety Analyses is the broad subject that is sometimes referred to as “1309” or “reliability analyses” or “10 to the minus ninth stuff”. The seminar starts at ground zero. We use simple language at first and slowly develop a basic understanding. The seminar explains the elements involved in an SSA effort; Functional Hazards Assessment (FHA), Fault Tree Analyses (FTA), Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA) and Common Cause Analyses (CCA). Attendees leave the seminar with an overview of the process and purpose.
